By creating an account or using ShowSense ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

ShowSense is a trade show lead management application that allows users to capture, organize, and follow up on leads collected at trade shows and events. The Service includes:

• Lead capture and management tools
• Campaign organization features
• Offline functionality with automatic syncing
• Data export capabilities
• Team collaboration features

3. Account Registration

To use ShowSense, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Activation Fee: A one-time activation fee is required to begin using the Service.

Recurring Charges: Depending on your chosen plan, you will be charged either monthly or per-campaign. Charges are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy.

Automatic Renewal: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with ShowSense within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund of your activation fee and any subscription charges. After 30 days, subscription fees are non-refundable but you may cancel future billing at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with other users' access to the Service
• Collect data from other users without consent
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into ShowSense. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service. We will not sell your data to third parties.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we implement reasonable safeguards, we recommend regularly exporting your data.

8. Intellectual Property

ShowSense and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
